In such a case, both contestants shall be disqualified from this tournament and from all future tournaments conducted by WWBT. Permission is also granted to the WILD WEST BASS YOUTH SERIES and its affiliates including Directors, Boat Captains, and Team Parents to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the childs admission to the medical facility. Contestants are also encouraged to wear WWBTs logo on their tournament jerseys. In all cases, the Tournament Director and WWBT have the sole discretion to determine whether they or the Advisory Board and/or Rules Committee shall be responsible for adjudicating any given issue or dispute. 11 PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded after the tournament. HORSEPOWER REGULATIONS: MAXIMUM HORSEPOWER FOR ALL OUTBOARD MOTOR BOATS USED IN OPEN TOURNAMENT PRACTICE AND IN TOURNAMENT COMPETITION WILL not exceed the limitations set by the U.S. Coast Guard. IF mandate will NOT allow any gatherings of people, we may have to cancel the tournament. 12 PRACTICE: CONTESTANTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE WATER Day 1 of Open Practice 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PUBLISHED SUNRISE TIME UNTIL 30 MINUTES PAST THE PUBLISH SUNSET TIME. PROS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE ONE DRY STORAGE COMPARTMENT AVAILABLE TO CO-ANGLERS. Only ONE (1) casting, spin casting or spinning rod and reel may be used at any one time. I also accept all risk of injury, death, disability, loss, or damage to my person or property from this activity and event even if arising from the negligence of anyone associated with this event or other GreenFish Marketing LLC, Wild West Bass Trail, Wild West Bass Youth Series events, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims or cause of action (known or unknown). It is suggested the Pro contestant have a safety check with the Co-Angler each day prior to the launch to familiarize the location of all safety equipment. I further understand and agree that the Tournament Director reserves the right to reject my application for any reason and, upon such rejection, to refund a prorated entry fee within 4-6 weeks.
